How can I Remove/Takedown my content from Stores?
To delete your Singles/ EP / Albums / Compilations / Music Videos
1. Login to your Fronic Media Account through which you have distributed the release you want to Takedown/Remove.
2. Go to Ticket area and select “New Ticket”.
3. Choose “Takedown Request” in the “Reason”.
4. In “Tell us more about it” write the Reason for takedown, Release Name, Product Code.
Note – takes services around the same amount of time to delete a release as it did for them to add it. Expect to wait up to 1-2 weeks to disappear from all services, sometimes sooner. If it is still in stores after 2 weeks please write an email to email@example.com.
