Client Tier System

At Fronic Media, we are introducing a tier system to enhance our service offerings based on the quarterly revenue generated by each client, encompassing both labels and sub-labels. The combined revenue of a label and its sub-labels will determine the client’s tier. This system ensures that clients generating higher revenue receive greater access to our services.

We operate on a commission basis, retaining a percentage of the client’s total revenue instead of charging a direct fee. Therefore, prioritizing clients who significantly contribute to our profitability is essential.

Clients will be classified into four tiers, with the following growth-oriented names:

  • Tier A: Peak
  • Tier B: Growth
  • Tier C: Development
  • Tier D: Starter

New clients will start in Tier D and will be re-evaluated after the first six months based on their sales revenue to determine their appropriate tier.

Existing clients will be re-evaluated quarterly. For example, Quarter 1 is from April to June. The revenue for each quarter will be calculated as the sum of the three months within that period. If a client’s revenue fluctuates, such as earning above $150 in the first month but less than $100 in the second and third months, the total revenue for the three months will be considered for tier reclassification.

This approach ensures that clients are fairly assessed and appropriately rewarded based on their consistent revenue generation.
