Client Rating Criteria
At Fronic Media, we prioritize working with professional clients and uphold the highest standards through careful evaluation. We evaluate clients based on several criteria, including:
- Accuracy of Metadata: Ensuring metadata matches the provided artwork and includes the full names of composers and lyricists.
- Copyright Compliance: Keeping a record of minimal or no copyright infringements.
- Infringement Dispute Management: Handling and resolving infringement disputes effectively.
To maintain these standards, we will impose a $5 USD fine (per repeated action) if a client repeatedly:
- Submits content with frequent mistakes that need correction or lead to rejection by the QC team.
- Uploads cover versions or copyrighted content as detected by our system.
Clients will be permanently removed if they:
- Utilize artificial plays or artificial streaming services for Spotify.
- Got two infringements within one month.
The rating of each sub-label will be taken into account, and the parent label will be responsible for training and guiding sub-labels to adhere to these standards. These measures are designed to maintain high-quality standards and protect the integrity of our platform.
